• Nicky Brown has been continuing her research on Major Wheeler-Nicholson's business practices. She's coming to the conclusion that he wasn't as bad a businessman as we've all been led to believe; he was just a little too idealistic.
• Con-goers have a new attraction to see at the San Diego airport this year. A new mural features several comic related folks including Shel Dorf, Steve Canyon and Snoopy.
• Thierry Groensteen recently helped open the “Comic Strips in the Second Degree” exhibition at the İstanbul French Institute. The exhibit, which runs through September, focuses primarily on parodies with the primary image for the article featuring an oversized cover from Not Brand Ecch!
• Yesterday, Hans Rickheit, of Ectopiary fame, launched a second webcomic called Cochlea & Eustachia. He first mentioned his intentions with it in an interview I conducted with him for MTV back in April.
