David Rees of Get Your War On is calling for a boycott of Jamba Juice who swiped his cartoons and re-lettered them for a promotion on their web site. Rees has been waging a campaign against them for the past week...
"I don’t want people to think I made the stupid Jawa Juice ad campaign! I don’t want people to think I took my beloved Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable dudes and pimped them out for some overpriced juice franchise."

I'm trying to feel badly for him, but, well, he used public domain clip art. If he actually drew something himself, he'd have a case to make. He left himself wide open to something like this.
Let this be a lesson to all aspiring "cartoonists:" Draw something yourself.
I look forward to his calls for boycotts on the works of Shepherd Fairey and Roy Lichtenstein next. And those two actually STOLE copyrighted works for their "art."
